Gold Coast Upholsterers did this recent project for a client whose main objective was to have a minimum amount of down time. We had the substrata, foam and upholstery completed in our factory so when the flooring was complete the job only took a matter of hours to install. The client helped designed the seating to match the surrounding decor. The foams were a laminate so that the structure would keep its shape but still feel confortable. This construction allowed for future recovery or repairs to be carried out quickly and economicaly for any reason in its future life. 

Other construction methods involve built in seating such as curved or irregular shaped seating of high traffic areas such as night clubs. We have also upholstered bench seating of a more complex manner which Architects or Interior Decorators with specific needs have designed and had made by cabinet makers for us to finish off the foam and upholstery.
